Hey readers,
I have absolutely no inspiration right now. I just read a post by The Byronic Man about being featured on Peg-o-Leg’s Ramblings, and that gave me an idea. Or rather, the idea is to steal this idea.
Peg-o-Leg invites followers to send in their one post they absolutely expected to be Freshly Pressed, but wasn’t. It’s a great opportunity to push that post again.
I, for one, have a post that was not only ignored by Freshly Pressed, but readers skip it, too. So, do you want to make a point? Do you want to make people feel bad they ignored it at the time? Do you want to point out that they have no taste? Do you want to give them the hint that this is one of your favorite posts? So they can make up for their neglect by liking it up the whazoo the second time around?
Here’s your chance. Send me the link to your poor, neglected post, and I will re-post it in a series I will call . . . okay, I don’t even have any inspiration for that, so you tell me. The best idea becomes the series title.
Followers only, please, because there does have to be an end to it at some point.

That is such a cool idea… I still haven’t figured out the science behind which posts seem to capture imagination and which ones don’t; I’m continually surprised by the highs and lows which just goes to show how little clue I have about who reads my blog…. fascinated to see what your ‘how dare you ignore this, heathens ?!’ post is!

You did inspire me, did you know that?
I don’t think so!
I was attracted the first time to your blog because of your WWII series. I did promise to write some about WWII in the region where I live.
I didn’t forget that!
There is so much I want to write about thought if I do that all on your blog I will hey jack your blog; that is something I shouldn’/couldn’t do!
Then I got the idea to make my own blog on wordpress!
It is still in the very early stages; have to find out a lot how to do things etc.
If I succeed you stood at the cradle of it!
What would interest me is how the naturalization proces (change nationality to American) going?
After the initial announcement here I didn’t see anything about it anymore!
Your biggest asset is that you can write very good about family matters or anything else that touches you heart.
Your second asset is that you have a very good sense of humour; you also know where to use it in your blog!
